I’m not sure how many of you exercise and lift weights for the main reason of being able to hunt harder. I Chris just decided to get over the lazy winter bug and start some serious training. I started last week and my muscles are still sore from a week ago. Today I did some light weight lifts to get blood pumping through my sore muscles in hopes of pushing that lactic acid out. Their is one machine that caught my interest today and that is the Stair Stepping Machines. I went 20min on this machine and when I stepped down after finishing I felt like I just rolled off a cliff and been kicked by a mule a few times. The pain was amazing and felt so good! I can’t wait for this white winter “stuff” to leave and start some hunting/scouting adventures. Anyways, I want you all to see my best friend for the next couple months……
